Pasquale (Pat) Roberto knew I wished for a Vegetarian Sandwich and he worked with his chef to create a buonissimo delight! It's roasted eggplant and red peppers, grilled onions, provolone cheese, marinara sauce and a touch of gardiniere piled on a fresh round focaccia roll.
